Hayashi is a dynamic
flooring company specializing in engineered and
composite wood flooring , working with both
retail homeowners and
corporate clients including interior
designers, architects, and main contractors. As we expand our
digital footprint, we're looking for a creative and data-savvy
Social Media Executive to drive our
brand presence and engagement across Instagram,
Facebook, and TikTok .

Role
Overview
As our
Social Media Executive , you will be
responsible for creating, planning, and executing engaging content
strategies across our social platforms. You will also manage and
optimize advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and
help grow our community and brand
awareness.

Content
Creation & Community
Engagement
Plan and create visually appealing, engaging, and
brand-aligned content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousels,
etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and
TikTok .
Work with the team to
showcase flooring products in real-life applications,
behind-the-scenes content, project features, client testimonials,
etc.
Write engaging and relevant captions that
resonate with our audience.
Actively manage
community engagement - respond to comments, DMs, and interact with
followers.
Monitor trends and viral content
formats to adapt creatively for our
brand.
Advertising
& Performance
Management
Plan and execute paid social media ad
campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and
TikTok Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and
adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI.
Track KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, impressions,
conversions, and cost-per-result.
Prepare
monthly reports and insights on performance, including actionable
recommendations.
Strategy
Coordination
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with business
goals and product launches.
Collaborate with
the sales and design teams to align marketing content with ongoing
promotions and projects.
Coordinate with
photographers, videographers, or content creators where
needed.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in social media management,
content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong
portfolio of social media content, preferably in design, lifestyle,
interiors, or product-based industries.
Proficiency in Canva ,
CapCut , or other content creation
tools; bonus if familiar with Adobe Suite.
Experience with Meta Ads
Manager and TikTok Ads
with a good understanding of ad targeting and budgeting.
Strong understanding of current social trends, platform
algorithms, and content strategies.
Creative
thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling
skills.
Analytical mindset - comfortable
reading and interpreting social media metrics.
Bonus : Photography / videography skills or experience
working with
UGC / influencers.
