Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across multiple social media platforms.
- Work with outlet managers and marketing team to promote seasonal menus, campaigns, and events.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments, reviews, and messages to maintain a positive online presence.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
- Keep up with digital trends and suggest new ideas to grow audience engagement.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.Strong writing and visual storytelling skills; basic knowledge of design or video editing tools is a plus.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands / outlets at once.Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No. : 24C2479
