Overview

Senior Manager (Office of Research and Technology) supports the Vice Dean and Assistant Deans in the Office of Research and Technology (ORT) to develop and grow industry partnerships and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership in Industry Partnerships :

Lead the strategic analysis of industry data to identify key sectors and potential partners for collaboration.

Oversee the execution of industry engagement strategies, ensuring successful delivery on time and alignment with ORT goals.

Track and assess the outcomes of industry engagement initiatives, refining strategies for continuous improvement.

Lead efforts to enhance and expand the Industrial Postgraduate Programme (IPGP) and other training programs in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Foster a culture of service excellence by ensuring high-quality, efficient, and effective partnership management.

Oversee the development of reports and presentations to senior leadership on industry partnership performance.
