Founded in 2015, Charlotte Puxley Flowers is a floral studio based in Singapore. We are a small but connected floral studio, with gardening and community at our heart. In 2023, we took over an old government building in Gillman Barracks, which is now a cocktail bar and events space, set with a jungle background, meet Ida’s.
Together, the companies bring people through flowers, design and experiences.
Your Role.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting both Charlotte Puxley Flowers and Ida’s Bar & Event Space through creative marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Leads, you will work across different channels to ensure brand alignment and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote floral products, workshops, and events. Working closely with the floristry team.
- Manage and update content for social media, website, newsletters, and partner platforms.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, from visuals to copywriting, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate photography, styling, and creative shoots with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain a calendar of seasonal launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Support on-site marketing needs during events, including signage, collateral, and guest experience touchpoints.
Requirements
1–3 years of marketing experience (lifestyle, events, or creative industries preferred). Strong written and visual communication skills in the English language. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing). Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite) a plus. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. A passion for flowers, design, hospitality, and storytelling.What We Offer
