Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who’s not only trend-savvy and creative, but also highly organised and excellent at managing timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ideate and pitch creative content concepts , including trendjacking video ideas that tap into viral moments and cultural conversations.
- Manage timelines and ensure content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables are executed on schedule.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the wider team to deliver cohesive content.
- Support paid media campaigns with strategy, setup, and optimisation via Meta.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.A creative thinker with a strong ability to conceptualise engaging, trend-driven content.Familiarity with design / editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a plus.Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and passion for digital culture.What We Offer
