To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with

authorities' requirements and standards.

Essential duties include the

following : project management,

coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects

assigned

liaise and coordinate with Clients,

Consultants and Contractors

ensure compliance

with local building codes and regulations

confidently administer the contract and effectively

manage the project team

coordinate and carry

out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award

processes

proactively identify and resolve

technical coordination, site or compliance issues

keep updated on contractual and authorities'

requirements

nurture, coach and upgrade skill

levels of team

members

Requirements

Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary

institution

Min 5 years post graduate

experience

Good organizational and

communication skills

Familiar with BIM and

Authorities submission process and guidelines

Proficient in Autocad, Revit,

Sketchup
