Facilities & M&E Supervisor (Commercial Building) - RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and M&E works including servicing, repairs, system inspections, and vendor-supervised maintenance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Carry out checks and troubleshooting on building systems such as ACMV, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, and BMS, ensuring timely rectifications when required.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, provide simple design sketches when necessary, and monitor tenant renovation / reinstatement works for compliance with building guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers, assess their performance, verify completion of works, and maintain accurate records of procurement, reports, and documentation.
• Support project upgrades and cost-control initiatives by recommending technical solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing on-site engineering input.
