Recruiter - Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering roles, specifically in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Screening : Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Track and manage candidate information and progress through the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer Extension and Onboarding : Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employer Branding : Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to HR leadership.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering roles, particularly electrical and mechanical engineering.Solid understanding of technical screening and interview processes for engineering positions.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications :
