Job Description
1. Enquires
- Coordinate with stakeholders on resource change / OPD requests
- Be familiarised with resource scheduling workflows, work instructions and quality procedures
- Create, modify, maintain, block and level load resource calendars promptly and accurately
- Perform block moves and reschedule patients’ appointments (e.g. when there are urgent changes to doctors’ clinic sessions or templates)
- Inform affected patients on the rescheduled appointment within the established service level and attend to their enquiries / requests professionally
2. SERVICE QUALITY
Observe excellent customer service and telephone etiquettesAssist to investigate issues related to resource management / modification Comply with SNEC’s telephone standardsRecognize difficult customers and follow proper escalation procedures.Be able to apply service recovery if necessary.3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Assist with UATs during system enhancementsParticipate in improvement projects, training and development programmesParticipate in OJT training for the departmentSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist to compile and prepare reportsPerform any other duties as assigned by supervisorsAttend briefing / MeetingsLead and guide junior membersConduct Training sessions for new joinersJob Requirements
Diploma and above, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in healthcare, call centre or service-related industryProficient in computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft applications such as ExcelAble to work independently in a collaborative manner with diverse range of stakeholdersStrong customer-centric mindset and desire to serve in public healthcareStrong communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skillsExcellent team player who is positive, proactive, resourceful and result-orientedAble to multi-task and work in fast-pace and dynamic working environmentTell employers what skills you have
