Roles & Responsibilities

about the role

• Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support staff and specialists. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• IT Operations Oversight : Manage the day-to-day IT operations for multiple offices, ensuring all systems, networks, and hardware are running efficiently. This includes overseeing help desk support, system maintenance, and hardware deployment.
• Strategic Planning & Budgeting : Develop and manage the regional IT budget, including forecasting hardware and software needs. Create and execute a technology roadmap that supports the region's business objectives and long-term growth.
• Security & Compliance : Ensure all IT systems and operations comply with company security policies and industry regulations. Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect our data and infrastructure from threats.
• Vendor & Asset Management : Oversee relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Manage the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of all IT assets, from laptops to network equipment.
• Project Management : Lead and execute IT projects, such as office expansions, system upgrades, or new software implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements.
