RETAIL MANAGER

• Manage all retail outlets operations
• Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal target / KPI
• Submit reports on staffs individual sales performance / outlets performance
• Training and supervising retail staffs to ensure their performances is up to the brand's standard
• Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers
• To oversee daily stores operations and plan employee duty roster
• Manage product layout and visual display
• Maintain healthy stock inventory

REQUIREMENTS

Min 5 years' experience in the fashion retail sector as supervisory / managerial level

Have a passion in ladies fashion and service industry

Able to attend to mandarin speaking customers

6 off days / 44 hr per week / group commission
