Roles & Responsibilities

Drive Strategy & Growth

Shape and execute regional business strategies that strengthen our presence in textile printing and software solutions.
Identify key market trends and translate insights into actionable business plans.
Work with regional and global stakeholders to align on business priorities.

Lead Sales & Partnerships

Motivate and guide sales teams to exceed targets for hardware, textile, and software offerings .

Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies to capture new opportunities.

Product & Innovation Leadership

Champion regional rollout of new textile printing and software technologies.

Gather market intelligence to support innovation and product positioning.

Ensure our solutions deliver maximum value to customers.

Team & Operational Excellence

Lead a high-performing team of sales and technical professionals.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Manage KPIs, budgets, and improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
