We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Lead for Dairy Commodities to spearhead our clients sales efforts in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell dairy ingredients, aligning solutions with client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide actionable insights to clients and the business
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure deals that benefit both the company and the client
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in food commodity sales, preferably in dairy ingredients or the food industryProven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes in Southeast AsiaExperience in the Thailand market is highly desirableExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to present to senior management and board-level teamsFluency in English, with knowledge of other Asian languages an assetWhat We Offer
