R107 - Regional Sales Manager (Automation / Precision Machinery / Central)

Key Responsibilities :

• Report to the APAC Sales Director, managing the SEA sales team based in Singapore.
• Oversee sales activities in key markets : Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Australia, and others.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasting, and budgeting to align with business goals.
• Optimize team structure and roles to improve productivity and performance.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational success.
• Lead the rollout of Sales & Marketing initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing to implement regional strategies for Product and Segment Marketing.
• Ensure revenue, expense, and profit targets are met across the SEA region.
