Responsibilities :

• Implement and execute an effective sales strategy.

• Conduct thorough analysis of market competition and sales performance across various retailers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed sales reports, including quarterly reviews.
• Manage stock allocation and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in Southeast Asia.
• Oversee retailer activities, including POS gifts and annual celebrations.
• Liaise with relevant teams on sales and logistic matters.
• Handle logistic reporting and manage stock inventory effectively.
• Schedule deliveries and address inquiries from retailers and customers.
• Maintain an updated database of high-value clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Organize intimate customer engagement events and collaborate with marketing on projects.
• Support institutional relationships within the arts, culture, and heritage sectors.
