Volunteering Opportunities
- Identify and develop volunteering opportunities
- Design volunteer role and responsibilities
- Support in developing risk assessment and mitigation strategy
Volunteer Recruitment
Post volunteer recruitment ads and attend to volunteer enquiriesEngage stakeholders and the community for the recruitment, selection & deployment of volunteersMaintain volunteer database and ensure compliance to PDPA & other regulationsVolunteer Onboarding & Training
Develop, monitor and review volunteer onboarding process & trainingVolunteer Support & Recognition
Assist in the resolution of volunteers' conflicts and complaintsConduct and evaluate volunteer feedbackMonitor volunteer participation hours to recognize & appreciate volunteers’ contributionCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and School Values in Action (VIA)
Attend to CSR & VIA enquiriesAssess and match CSR & VIA programs to PERTAPIS needsMonitor and evaluate CSR & VIA contribution and partnershipMaintain CSR & VIA database and ensure compliance to PDPA & other regulationsVolunteer Management Process Review
Support in evaluating and sustaining volunteer programs & partnershipsSupport in evaluating policies and processesAssist with PERTAPIS events & projects where required
2. Candidate Requirements
Possess Minimum Diploma in a related field - preferably Human Resources, Hospitality or Event ManagementPreferably with Min. 2 years of experience in stakeholder management or volunteer-related work is advantageous.Strong interest in community work, with a customer service orientation and good stakeholder awarenessOutstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsPeople-oriented and willing to work the groundPro-active and a good team playerAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimum supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)3. Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
