Purchasing Coordinator - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionLiaise with customers on orders and provide shipment schedules. Coordinate with production staff on manufacturing data (labels, batch forms, etc.). Prepare customer documents (MSDS, Halal Statement, COA). Manage procurement : allocation, checking, and usage of raw materials. Issue sample batch forms for customer sample requests. Maintain inventory control records (PO receipts, stock updates, QC forms). Support purchasing duties in the absence of the Assistant Manager. Generate and provide raw material cost (RMC) for quotations. Maintain quotation files and update customer product lists. Support halal / kosher certification processes for raw materials. Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks. Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, chemical industries, or a related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
