Job descriptionOrder process-standard and WBS Order / Support the order processing functions, such as costing sheet Ensure timely invoicing and collection (Standard Order) Generate manual delivery order for standard order Provide administrative support to the Sales / Project teams with reports and spreadsheets; filing and general administrations Issue Maintenance Cert / Warranty Cert & update to List . Keep track, monitor and ensure customers’ contracts are renewed on time Ensure the sales extraction sheets are completed and kept up to date on weekly basis Process Rebate / Claim from Partners & provide weekly / Monthly reports Submit monthly sales report on bulk Tender. Check RFQ / Corrigendum, download document and sent out to sale Team - Mainly Gebiz / Sesami / Ariba / Tenderboard Check all POs / ISRs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct Ensure proper filing and record keeping of Customer & Vendors' PO Liaise with Finance on payment, invoices as needed Assist Sales to prepare Tender documents as needed Assist with ad-hoc office tasks and support other departments as needed Sales support or related skills is a must Highly organised, able to multi task and work under pressure with tight deadlines Basic accounting and SAP knowledge is preferred Possess excellent eye for details Proficient in MS Office (MS EXCEL) RCB No. 200007268E EA License No. 01C4394 EA Registration No. R23117223 (Poh Siew Ling)
