Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate and service job scheduling
- Monitoring service progress
- Communicating with service technician
- Liaising with customer and provide good customer service and attend to their enquiries
- Provide support to the Service / After Sales Department
- Involve with ERP pertaining to Service Department issue
- Monitoring attendance records of service technician
Requirements
Diploma or Technical EducationExcellent time-management with consistent follow-up skillsGood communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contactsBasic spare parts knowledge preferableProficient in Microsoft Office and preferable with ERP experienceEngineering-base education / training (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is an advantage.Having the ambition, and dedicated attitude to be in the professionSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.What We Offer :
