Job descriptionDiploma or Technical Education Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills Good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contacts Basic spare parts knowledge preferable Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable with ERP experience Engineering-base education / training (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is an advantage. Having the ambition, and dedicated attitude to be in the profession Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate and service job scheduling
- Monitoring service progress
- Communicating with service technician
- Liaising with customer and provide good customer service and attend to their enquiries
- Provide support to the Service / After Sales Department
- Involve with ERP pertaining to Service Department issue
- Monitoring attendance records of service technician
