Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Providing after sales support to existing / new customers for servicing mechanical / electrical equipment related to engine rebuilding, oil & gas, marine, mining, automotive, petroleum sectors and industrial robots.
- Trouble shooting and attending to all customer calls for repair works, both on-site and in our workshop
- Performing quality control checks on all in-coming / out-going equipment
- Scheduling post sales installation, commissioning and training to customers on site
- Arrange Shipyard Safety Pass for staff who need to access shipyards for delivery and training purposes
- Prepare Invoices / Delivery Orders / ISO documents to support service related sales in Engine Rebuilding Workshop in our Gambas facility
- Provide Weekly Service Report update to management - outstanding jobs, works in progress, new service jobs and resolution status
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Technical certificate or Customer Support qualification or equivalent2 years Customer Support experience handling customer calls in a Service DeptWilling to support and take instructions from Technical ManagerA detailed and well organized personPossess a class 3 driving licence ( optional )Tell employers what skills you have
