Leasing :

• Make cold calls and establish contacts with prospective tenants.
• Attend to all leasing enquiries, conduct viewings and follow up to bring these prospective tenants to secure new leases.
• Secure new tenancies, renew existing leases, identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents, where necessary.
• Negotiating leases for new leases and renewals favourably.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective tenants.
• Complete the marketing and lease documentation process up to signing of Tenancy Agreement.
• To build on Tenant Relations and to liaise with Tenants on any matters relating to their lease in the property.

In addition to the above key responsibilities, as and where necessary, support the head of department to undertake any special projects as and when directed.
