Assistant Project Manager - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Overall in charge in planning, implementation & management of facade works sub-contract
• Manage & supervise project team members to ensure the works are executed according to plan, on schedule and within budget
• Attend to all meetings with the clients & consultants, coordination meetings, design workshop, etc to keep track of facade works sub-contract progress
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers & vendors to match project team requirements
• Close tracking & monitoring of the project works execution from planning, design development, procurement, production, delivery to site works execution
• Report to President & Managing Director
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST , as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.
