Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Be overall in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines
• Provide leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality and keep proper site records.
• Review all project drawings and specifications and raise any discrepancies if any.
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies,
• Attend all project meetings, site, progress and design / technical meetings as required, site demonstrations, witness testing and commissioning, and to keep proper minutes or notes of these meetings as directed.
• Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
