E-Commerce Assistant (Full Time)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing e-commerce business in Singapore, looking for a driven and experienced E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. If you have hands-on knowledge of platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace , we’d love to meet you!

🔹 Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Processing orders on a daily basis through online platforms.
• Picking and Packing orders.
• Stock intake of products from Pallets arriving and update the inventory management system. (Monthly basis).
• Updating the online platforms with product quantities and expiry dates on a daily basis.
• Answering queries with customers online (Daily basis).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Track and analyse sales performance and customer trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Create eye-catching e-commerce banners and layouts.
• Craft, write, and update content for various social media platforms.
