Operations Officer (Healthcare) - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tender Management : Lead and support procurement activities, including tender processes and vendor negotiations, to ensure cost-effectiveness, transparency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Facilities Operations & Maintenance : Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment procurement, asset lifecycle management, and execution of renovation or infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Budget Monitoring & Reporting : Track and manage departmental budgets; prepare and present regular reports (e.g., KPIs, governance updates, maintenance logs) to support decision-making and audit readiness.
• Emergency Response & Safety Compliance : Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure adherence to safety protocols, including organizing fire drills, risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management : Serve as a liaison with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, performance accountability, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in procurement, supply chain, and facility management practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals.
