RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Social Worker (SSW) is responsible for facilitating change and improving the lives of individuals, families, community facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.

• Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure
• Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues
• Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company
• Supervise subordinates in the follow through of intervention plans, especially for complex and or risk cases
• Provide supervision of groupwork and community work through modelling, observations and debrief etc
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and Supervisor Conduct regular home visit and ensure KPIs (visitation) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
