Roles & Responsibilities
General duties :
- Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.
- Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of the patients / customers.
- Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
- Make post-treatment courtesy calls to all patients / customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
- Follow up on patients / customers’ upcoming appointments.
- Responsible for explaining to patients / customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
- Help patients / customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.
- Responsible for inventory stock-take.
- Maintain good customer relations with patients / customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.
- Assist Clinicians with the use of standard equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training to fellow colleagues when needed.
- Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
- Identify and report incidents to the clinic manager for the necessary actions.
- Any other work as assigned by the clinic manager / director.
