Roles & Responsibilities

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced EPC lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support for shipbuilding contracts, shipyard operations, investments, and international projects. You will be part of a larger legal team, collegial environment.This role will cover a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, overseas investments, and coordination with corporate secretarial and external counsel. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic advice, while ensuring business activities are legally sound and compliant.

Requirements :

• Singapore- or UK-qualified lawyer with 8–12 years PQE; Indonesia market knowledge is a plus.
• Strong experience in maritime, shipyard, engineering, procurement, shipbuilding contracts, fabrication, corporate, and commercial law.
• Proven expertise in regulatory compliance (anti-corruption, environmental regulations, permits, and licenses).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; Chinese fluency is an advantage for internal & external communications and engagement
