Job Description & Requirements

We’re looking for a passionate, design-driven intern to join our creative team, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to life.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with our creative team to produce on-brand visuals, including social media posts, digital ads, and in-store materials.
• Schedule social media posting across Instagram & TikTok (calendars, uploads, tags, basic analytics).
• Run landing pages (publish / update in WordPress / Leadpages)
• Write social captions (hooks, CTAs, hashtags; adapt long → short form).
• Design & editing work (if you know Canva / Adobe for statics; CapCut / Premiere for simple edits, trims, captions).
• Generate and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, ensuring that cAL’s brand voice shines through.
• Assist in creating compelling visuals that align with our branding for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, ensuring our brand remains current and impactful.
