Requirements

We're looking for a

passionate, design-driven intern to join our creative team,

bringing fresh ideas and concepts to

life.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with our creative team to produce on-brand

visuals, including social media posts, digital ads, and in-store

materials.

Schedule social media posting

across Instagram & TikTok (calendars, uploads, tags, basic

analytics).

Run landing pages (publish / update

in WordPress / Leadpages)

Write social captions

(hooks, CTAs, hashtags; adapt long → short form).

Design & editing work (if you know Canva / Adobe for

statics; CapCut / Premiere for simple edits, trims,

captions).

Generate and pitch creative ideas

for campaigns, ensuring that cAL's brand voice shines

through.

Assist in creating compelling visuals

that align with our branding for various digital

platforms.

Stay updated with design trends,

ensuring our brand remains current and

impactful.

Requirements :

Background in design or a related field (ongoing studies

or recent graduate).

Proficiency in design

tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign).

A strong portfolio demonstrating

creative skills and an understanding of design

principles.

Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and meet deadlines.
