Roles & Responsibilities

WSG Data Platform

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical capabilities to join our data platform team, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while facilitating agile delivery practices.

1. Business Analysis and Requirements Management

• Gather and analyse business requirements for data platform initiatives
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Create and maintain requirement documentation, including process flows and user journeys
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states
• Develop acceptance criteria for features and capabilities
• Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements

2. Technical Analysis and Data Platform Support

4. Project Management and Agile Delivery

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience :

Qualification in Business, IT, or related field

o Data virtualisation tools (preferably Denodo) and VQL

o BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

o SQL and data modelling

o Data governance and master data management

o CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
