Job descriptionGather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for the development team Support user research activities and incorporate user feedback into requirements documentation Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI tools to improve business processes and user productivity Facilitate communication between government stakeholders, product owners, and the technical team Create and maintain process flows, user journey maps, and requirements documentation Contribute to basic wireframes and user flow diagrams in collaboration with UX designers Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders Support change management initiatives and user training programmes Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues At least 7 years of experience in government digital transformation projects Strong understanding of government IT policies, processes, and compliance requirements (e.g., IM8) Understanding of GCC concepts, terminology, and security classifications to facilitate requirements gathering and documentation Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools Experience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences Good understanding of user experience principles and best practices

About the Role
- We are looking for Business Analysts with a solid track record in delivering government projects. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, and have good understanding of user experience principles.
- Part of a 10-12 person team, aim to successfully deliver the product's first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 7.5 months.
- Experience with generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their business applications is a strong plus.
