About the Role
- We are looking for Business Analysts with a solid track record in delivering government projects. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, and have good understanding of user experience principles.
- Part of a 10-12 person team, aim to successfully deliver the product's first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 7.5 months.
- Experience with generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their business applications is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessionsTranslate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications for the development teamSupport user research activities and incorporate user feedback into requirements documentationIdentify opportunities to leverage GenAI tools to improve business processes and user productivityFacilitate communication between government stakeholders, product owners, and the technical teamCreate and maintain process flows, user journey maps, and requirements documentationContribute to basic wireframes and user flow diagrams in collaboration with UX designersConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholdersSupport change management initiatives and user training programmesMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issuesRequirements
At least 7 years of experience in government digital transformation projectsStrong understanding of government IT policies, processes, and compliance requirements (e.g., IM8)Understanding of GCC concepts, terminology, and security classifications to facilitate requirements gathering and documentationProven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentationProficiency in business process modelling and documentation toolsExperience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiencesGood understanding of user experience principles and best practicesTell employers what skills you have
