UX Designer - 36 Months Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a UX Designer to play a strategic role in shaping our product’s design vision and direction. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define product roadmaps, and develop design solutions that meet user needs. You will lead design thinking, drive design decisions, and work closely with UX Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you will continuously track key success metrics to measure design effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Strategic Research

• Conduct research to identify users needs, business opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Provide insights to inform design vision and product strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Lead Design Vision

Translate Design Vision into UX Tasks

Track Success Metrics and Inform Design Decisions

Requirements

Candidates with relevant working experience may be considered for a Senior UX Architect position.
