Job Description

As a UX Designer, you'll be at the heart of creating digital experiences that truly serve users and advance the public good. You'll combine rigorous research with thoughtful design to build products that are intuitive and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead comprehensive user research initiatives including qualitative and quantitative studies, usability testing, A / B testing, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand user needs and behaviours
• Design and prototype intuitive user experiences through wireframes, mockups, and interactive flows that balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
• Conduct iterative user testing sessions, translating insights into actionable design improvements that simplify complex systems and enhance usability
• Create clear workflow maps and user journey documentation that facilitate productive discussions during product conceptualisation and development
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process, from initial concepts through final implementation
• Develop deep empathy for users through direct engagement and research, advocating for user-centred solutions in all design decisions
