Technical Superintendent

Roles & Responsibilities

We are working with a reputable international shipping company seeking an experienced and self-driven Technical Superintendent to be their sole representative in Asia , based out of Singapore.

This is a unique opportunity for a capable individual to take full ownership of fleet operations while collaborating with a remote team and driving business performance on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical management of a mixed fleet (Dry Bulk and Tankers)
• Act as the main point of contact for all technical and operational matters from the Singapore office.
• Work closely with the Fleet Manager based in Europe and coordinate seamlessly with the global team.
• Ensure vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage technical budgets, dry dock planning, and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence.
