Roles & Responsibilities
HR Assistant (Payroll | 12-Month Contract | 6 Headcount)
Government Agency (Experience preferred but not required)
Salary Range : $2,500 – $4,000 / month
Key Responsibilities :
- Support HR operations including payroll, claims, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Process salary components such as base pay, bonuses, AWS, allowances, and statutory contributions using SAP.
- Handle HR-related transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
- Verify and approve HR / payroll transactions in compliance with SOPs.
- Assist in billing and coordination for seconded officers across agencies.
- Calculate and recover overpayments when necessary.
- Prepare journals, payment vouchers, and other documentation for audit and reporting.
- Provide professional and timely support to internal stakeholders and service partners.
- Participate in process reviews and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements :
1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or claims processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and open to learning new systems.Experience with HR / payroll systems such as SAP, Excelity, or Workday is a plus.Government agency experience is advantageous but not mandatory .Next Step :
