Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management
- Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
