Roles & Responsibilities

You will assist primarily in M&A transactions, capital markets and listed company work, as well as on other general corporate matters.

Requirements :

• 2 - 5 years’ PQE lawyer
• Experience in Corporate / M&A work / Capital markets
• Works well independently as well as in a team
• Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
• Good project management and communication skills
