Job descriptionProven experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or similar. Solid understanding of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript for prototyping and collaboration with development teams. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A graduate in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end UI / UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.
- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to maintain consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Translate complex requirements into user-friendly and functional designs.
- Stay updated on the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and team members.
