Are you a driven and passionate HR Manager? We want you to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our HR strategy across the Asia Pacific region. You'll be a critical link between our APAC offices, the Canadian headquarters, and our valued employees, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment. You will collaborate closely with the HR team in Canada. Key Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy & Policy : Develop and implement the APAC HR strategy in line with strategic objectives and local legal requirements (employment, compensation, corporate social responsibility, and talent acquisition).
- Performance Management : Partner with managers to set annual goals, conduct performance assessments, and facilitate feedback sessions, driving employee performance.
- Guidance & Support : Provide expert advice to the APAC team on HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Communication Advocate : Foster open communication between employees and management through effective communication processes.
- Compliance & Legal : Define HR procedures and ensure compliance with all local legal requirements.
- Recruitment Excellence : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles.
- Talent Brand Ambassador : Represent our talent brand as an ambassador, attracting top-tier candidates.
- Skills Gap Analysis : Participate in hiring forecasting and identify skills gaps within teams.
- Sourcing & Headhunting : Actively source and headhunt top talent in the market.
- Internship Program Development : Enhance our internship program to attract top talent for the future.
- Market Research : Determine competitive salary ranges and benefits packages.
- Onboarding & Integration : Organise and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, and provide ongoing support for integration into their teams.
- Coaching & Mentoring : Conduct integration interviews and coach managers during employee probation periods.
Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.5+ years of experience in a similar HR role.Proven success in a related industry with a strong professional network.Extensive knowledge of all aspects of recruitment and awareness of industry challenges.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers.Resilient and objective-focused.Open to new challenges and a dynamic work environment.If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send your CV directly to gabriel@adabagroup.com
