Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation. Familiarity with fabrication methods (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing) and materials Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Lead mechanical concept development, design, and preparation of technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to define specifications, support design, prototyping, and fabrication.
- Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to deliver required solutions on time and within scope.
- Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to execute job orders effectively.
- Oversee production plan execution and order dashboard and handling troubleshooting issues promptly to avoid delays
- Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production schedules and priorities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
