Job Title : Operation Executive
Job Description
The Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, supporting process improvements, and coordinating between departments to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance, HR) to support business functions.
- Monitor and track operational performance against targets and KPIs.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle documentation, reporting, and record-keeping related to operations.
- Manage vendor, supplier, or client coordination for operational matters.
- Support in inventory management, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Identify areas of process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship exposure may also apply).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP / SAP knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.High sense of responsibility and integrity.Tell employers what skills you have
