DC Operations Shift Lead (MH-FNW250905 003 / 04)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced DC Operations Shift Leads to join our team in managing mission-critical data centre operations. In this role, you will lead a shift team to ensure smooth and reliable operations, handle escalations, and uphold compliance standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the DC shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Allocate shift patterns, oversee handovers, and monitor task completion.
• Manage escalations, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure SLA / KPI compliance.
• Oversee incident management, ticketing, and service requests in line with SOPs.
• Conduct routine DC operations, including rack / stack, cabling, equipment setup, and vendor management.
• Drive onboarding, training, and competency reviews of shift members.
• Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, EOPs, escalation matrices, incident reports).
• Represent the shift team during audits, reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Facilities, Service Delivery, and Security teams.
