Senior / Contracts Manager (LTA, Infrastructure, Roadwork, North Region)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender / contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor / supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.
