Job descriptionCertified pet groomer (minimum SKC or equivalent certification). At least 1 year of grooming experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome if passionate. Able to handle dogs and cats of different sizes, coats, and temperaments. Physically fit and able to lift medium / large dogs. Strong teamwork and responsibility in a small-business environment. Must genuinely love animals and treat them with kindness.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Perform professional pet grooming (bathing, blow-drying, brushing, clipping, trimming, full grooming, and add-on services).
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of pets during grooming.
- Follow Fluffy Hero’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for handling and grooming.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene daily (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, equipment upkeep).
- Assist in handling pets in daycare / staycation when needed.
- Provide kind, patient, and compassionate care to all pets.
