• i. Working with Reporting Officer on training and management of the operations / events department
• ii. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the operations / event department to ensure smooth progress
• iii. Supervising staff from the operations / event department and provide constructive feedback
• b. Event Management
• i. Liaising with clients on all events matter
• ii. Liaising with suppliers on all events matter
• iii. Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities
• iv. Monitoring event revenue margins
• c. Procurement
• i. To introduce new vendors and maintain good relationships with vendors
• ii. To ensure that choices of vendors are to the best benefit of the Company
• d. Client development
• i. Take care of existing and potential clients and ensure that their event needs are fulfilled
• ii. To chart and plan for account development
• e. Administrative works
