Job descriptionEducational Background : Nitec / Diploma in any Project Management, Construction, Administration or Engineering studies. Experience : As work scope is relatively specialised, On Job Training will be provided. Any project management or construction experience is bonus but not required. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Job Description : Project Coordinator
Project in SP Group's cable tunnels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Assist in planning and organizing power cable-laying projects in SP Group's cable tunnels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Technical Assistance : Support the project team in maintaining compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Team Coordination : Work closely with project teams, site teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Progress Monitoring : Assist in tracking project milestones, prepare reports, and address any challenges proactively.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
