Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Supplier Coordination : Request quotations, verify specifications, schedule deliveries / services, and resolve operational issues.
• ESH Data Collection & Analysis : Gather and interpret data from stakeholders and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Safety Culture Promotion : Conduct inspections, deliver safety training, support risk assessments, organize awareness programs, and onboard new employees.
• Regulatory Compliance : Arrange external testing / training, support audits, maintain legal documentation, and track changes in regulations.
• Contractor Safety Management : Review safety documentation, lead inductions, enforce site safety protocols, and coordinate contractor activities.
• Process Safety Enhancements : Analyze process workflows, identify safety risks, suggest improvements, and review operational procedures.
• Emergency Preparedness : Assist in drills, verify equipment readiness, liaise with relevant parties, and support plan revisions.
