Job descriptionMinimum Diploma holder with prior order processing working experience. Prior knowledge in Letter of Credit will be an advantage. All information will be treated with strictest confidence. We regret that only short-listed applicants will be notified.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support to the sales team with coordination and follow-up on orders
- Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and L / C negotiation
- Process customer and supplier orders while monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage inventory levels and keep records accurate and updated in the system
- Maintain sales and purchase data for efficient reporting and workflow
